Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers before you choose the right tour, date, and experience level.

You do not need hot rod or racing experience, but you should already be comfortable driving on public roads and have held your Category B driving licence for at least 1 year. Before every tour, we give you a full safety briefing so you know exactly what to expect.
You need a valid Category B driving licence from any country. In some cases, depending on your issuing country, an International Driving Permit is also required together with your national licence. Drivers must be at least 18 years old and should have held their licence for at least 1 year.
No. Each participant drives their own hot rod and the vehicles are single-seaters. If someone in your group does not have a licence, they can still join you at the meeting point or after the tour, but they cannot ride in the convoy.
Yes. Drivers should be at least 1.50 m tall, no taller than 1.97 m, and no heavier than 130 kg. If you are unsure whether the fit will be comfortable, message us before booking and we will help.
If the weather is unsafe for the tour, we first try to move you to another available time. If that does not work, we can issue a credit voucher. If neither rebooking nor voucher works for your case, we can process a refund. Light drizzle does not automatically cancel a tour.
Yes. Every experience starts with a clear safety briefing and is led in a controlled convoy format. The cars are road-legal, the pace is managed by the guide, and the focus is on fun, confidence, and keeping the group together throughout the ride.
Closed-toe shoes are required. We recommend comfortable clothes and, on cooler days, an extra layer because the cars are open-air. Helmets are provided on site.
Up to 12 drivers can join a standard departure. For larger teams or private events, we organise multiple waves or back-to-back departures so the experience stays smooth and well managed.
For Bucharest departures, we usually meet near Promenada Mall, around Calea Floreasca 246B. The exact check-in point is confirmed in your booking details, and we recommend arriving around 30 minutes early for briefing and paperwork.
Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your tour. Changes made later may be subject to a 50% charge depending on timing and payment status, so the safest option is to contact us as early as possible.
The damage waiver is optional on most standard tours and lowers your liability if something minor happens during the ride. On selected premium products it may already be included, and we always show that clearly during checkout.
Yes. If you are planning a larger group, team event, or repeat booking, contact us directly and we will recommend the right format and any available direct-booking advantage.
Absolutely. It is one of our most popular direct-booking formats. We can help structure back-to-back departures, photo moments, and a route that fits the group energy.
Our fleet consists of handcrafted Wenckstern hot rods with 170cc engines, automatic transmission, and road-legal registration. They are single-seater vehicles with a top speed of around 88 km/h, built for open-air city and scenic driving rather than outright speed.
